10-1/4" Fully Restored French Sterling Chalice w/ Gold Plating

This is a fully restored French full-sterling chalice from the late 19th/early 20th century. It measures 10-1/4" in height, and has been completely refinished in 24 karat gold and bright-shining satin silver plating. The beautifully shaped scalloped and pointed base is complete with 3 enamel medallions depicting the Birth, Crucifixion, and Resurrection of Christ. There are stones set in the golden filigree of the calyx, as well as along the node and base of the chalice. There are delicate wheat and grape engravings drawn from just under the node and running down to the start of the base.
Every piece of this refinished chalice is in pristine condition - from the inner cup down to the breathtaking enamel medallions.
