Shipping and Handling Policy

Orders are processed between 9 am and 2:30 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday. In stock items will be shipped promptly (shipped within a week of the order date). You can generally expect to receive out-of-stock items within 3 to 4 weeks. All UPS services available at your request.

Standard FedEx rates apply from Milwaukee to your destination no matter the packages origin. Some items may be drop shipped directly from the vendor to your home or church to ensure timeliness. Packages may be shipped with couriers other than FedEx to ensure quality and promptness. If you need your order by a specific date, please check the special instruction box on the check out page and we will do our best to try and meet your request. If we anticipate any extended delays in shipping your order or cannot meet a date specified, you will be contacted via e-mail.

All shipping quotes include insurance.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are displeased with your purchase of any non-custom or non-consignment merchandise, please call for return authorization and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your payment less shipping and handling charges. No credit will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days. Certain merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom-designed or custom-made items cannot be returned. All consignment sales are final. We do not own these items and therefore cannot take them back. If you have any questions or would like see more detailed pictures of a consignment piece, please call 414-744-3610 and we will be happy to help.

Sales Tax

Individuals residing in the state of Wisconsin are subject to a sales tax of 5.6%. Individuals ordering from outside Wisconsin are not subject to any sales tax. Churches and institutions from Wisconsin should provide us with their tax-exempt number and fax their Letter of Determination (414 744-3269).

T. H. Stemper Co. gift certificates are issued in any amount and may be used for catalog orders or in our store. Please contact us for more information.

Pricing Information

While we make every effort to assure that prices listed online are accurate and up-to-date, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors. Stempers is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Stempers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

Stempers attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Stempers does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Stempers itself is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and check or money order (payable to T. H. Stemper Co. in U.S. dollars); however, online orders must be paid for by credit card. We will process your money order or credit card order quickly, but will hold any orders paid by check until the bank has cleared payment. This process can take up to two weeks.
