This beautiful six-foot statue of Our Lady of the Assumption had lost its vibrancy over the years, with its colors becoming faded and dull. Our restoration artists began by carefully preparing the entire surface for new paint. They then meticulously hand-painted the statue, restoring the traditional brilliant blue of the mantle and the rich cream tones of the robe.
