Repairing Chipped & Cracked Religious Statues

More than just a repainting project, this five-foot Sacred Heart of Jesus statue arrived with significant structural damage, including a broken thumb and various chipped areas on the robes. Our restoration artists began by meticulously repairing and rebuilding the damaged sections to restore the statue’s original form. Once the physical repairs were complete and the surface was made perfectly smooth, the statue was carefully hand-painted in its traditional colors. This detailed process returned a cherished statue to its parish.
