24k Gold and Sterling Silver Plating for Sacred Vessels

This cherished chalice and its accompanying paten arrived with significant tarnish and severe corrosion damage. Our master artisans began by carefully repairing the paten before starting the intricate replating process. The body of the chalice and the paten were expertly electroplated in brilliant 24-karat gold. To honor the vessel's original design, the detailed filigree accents on the cup and node were then plated in lustrous sterling silver, creating the beautiful two-tone finish. The entire set was polished to perfection, restoring this sacred vessel to its full glory and making it ready for use in the liturgy once more.
