Tabernacle: "The Road to Emmaus"

This domed tabernacle, finished in radiant gold, draws the eye with its solemn beauty and finely sculpted detail. The front panel features a silver relief of the Last Supper, with Christ at the center, encircled by rays that symbolize His divine presence. The apostles gather around Him in a scene rendered with depth and quiet dignity, inviting contemplation of the sacred mystery it represents. Wheat motifs adorn the sides of the cylindrical body, their sculpted forms rising like a litany of offering. A cross crowns the domed top, completing the piece with a clear expression of Eucharistic devotion. A secure keyhole rests discreetly beneath the relief, balancing reverence with the practical care entrusted to the tabernacle’s purpose.
